  3. How do I cancel my order completely?
    If you are in the process of checking out, and decide you do not want to complete the order you can leave the check out process at anytime by using your browser back button, the checkout buttons that return you to the previous step, or clicking on the logo at the top of the page. If you are registered and logged in the items in your cart will remain there for your next visit. If you are not registered and logged in your cart will be deleted after 30 minutes of inactivity. (even if I am not registered, the item still remains in my shopping cart) Once you've checked out, we may not be able to cancel an order if it's already in the shipping process.   5. How will I know that you have received my order?
    Once items have been ordered, a confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction. You may choose to print this for your records. An email version of this summary will be sent promptly, provided that we have an accurate email address. We'll send subsequent email(s) when your product ships, including tracking information (if available).

  6. How do I ship to an address other than the billing address?
    As you go through our checkout process, simply enter in the shipping address when you arrive on the shipping information page. To enter a different billing address than shipping, simply check the box “billing address is different from shipping address” on the shipping information page and enter your billing address. 

  7. Do you ship overseas?
    Yes, we do ship overseas. Decowindow offers products for Indian as well as for overseas customers.
     8. What is your usual delivery time ?
        All orders recieved ship within 24 working hours, Usually it takes about 3 days to be deliverd in metros and 4-5 days in other cities. It will take a week time to deliver product       overseas.

    Yes, we encrypt all credit card information during transmission and storage, so that data is private and secure.

    If your credit card is not authorized, first try to enter the credit card and billing information again. If you have re-entered the information correctly and still are not authorized, you can re-submit your order using a different card.     Not necessary. You can also purchase without logging in. However, we only require a user name and password for you to log in and then you can continue shopping. Having a Decowindow account is highly recommended since you can store your personal address book, as well as other personalization features.

    Not necessary. You can checkout without registering by clicking on ‘Skip Login and Checkout’. However, having a Decowindow account can give you advantages of securing personal information, tracking your orders and many more.
