Deco window offers a 15-day NO QUESTION ASKED RETURN from the day the product is delivered to you.
In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered but concern should be raised by the buyer within 7 days of delivery.
In case, you didn't like the product you ordered, We will arrange for a pick up from the same address to which the product was shipped (Only In India not in ODA) Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
We will also refund the shipping charges (if applicable) when you return the product. Refund of return shipping charges will be limited to Rs 100 for Soft Goods and Rs 150 for Hard Goods or 10% of product cost, whichever is lower.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at 1800-208-1222 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item.
All products/items must be UNUSED. Since our product category includes both hardware and soft furnishings; these can only be returned if they are unopened.
In simple words the returned product should be in a SALEABLE CONDITION, that is- products must be returned in original packaging along with original price tags, labels and invoices. In case the package we received back in torn/damaged, we will deduct 10% while refunding the money.
It is advised that the returned item should be strongly packaged so that there is no damage in transit.
In Buy more save more offer if you return any items and your order value is not equal to and above the offer criteria then the discount price will be debited from return items..
Please note, the following products shall not be returned/exchanged:
1) Products bought under heavy sale/discount/seasonal offer/ special promotion.
2) Products made to Order or Customized as per your size, i.e., Products personalized as per your requirement.
3) Products for which such a condition is mentioned in the product description.
