In the unlikely event that any product you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the product unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered but concern should be raised by buyer within 7 days of delivery.
In case, you didn't like the product you ordered, you have to send the product back to us on your expenses. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care at 011-43222299 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
In case we are unable to replace the damaged / defective product, we will refund your amount.
In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will also refund the shipping charges applicable to that item.
All products/items must be UNUSED. Since our product category includes both hardware and soft furnishings; these can only be returned if they are unopened.
In simple words the returned product should be in a SALEABLE CONDITION, that is- products must be returned in original packaging along with original price tags, labels and invoices. In case the package we received back in torned/damaged, we will deduct 10% while refunding the money.
It is advised that the returned item should be strongly packaged so that there is no damage in transit.

Once we receive all merchandise from the order, the entire amount you had paid for this order will be refunded back to the account you have mentioned in the form. The process takes us about 7 Days.
